طریقے سے پھیلائی جا رہی ہیں ۔آج مویشی منڈی جانے کا اتفاق ہوا تو یہ دیکھ کر حیران
رہ گیا کہ خریداروں کے لئے کسی بھی قسم کی انتظامات کی بجائے جانوروں کے ڈاکٹرز اور
پیرامیڈیکل سٹاف کی بڑی تعداد موجود ہے۔ سرکاری اہلکار کانگو وائرس کے حوالے سے بھاگ
دوڑ کرتے نظر آتے ہیں ۔ ایسا لگ رہا ہے کہ آنیوالے چند دنوں میں کانگو وائرس ہمارے
ملک کا گرم ترین موضوع بننے والا ہے۔ پنجاب میں بچوں کے اغواءکی وارداتوں اور گزشتہ
سالوں کے دوران ڈینگی کی طرح اب ہر قسم کی ہلچل کانگو وائرس کے حوالے سے ہوگی ۔ میڈیا
پر بھی بھرپور مہم چلائی جا رہی ہے کہ یہ وائرس جانوروں سے پھیلتا ہے اس لئے قربانی
کے جانوروں کے حوالے سے بھرپور قسم کی احتیاطی تدابیر اختیار کرنے کا درس دیا جا رہا
ہے۔کسی کوکانگو بیماری کے وجود سے انکار نہیں لیکن عید الاضحی کے قریب اس کی تشہیر
اور افواہوں نے چند شکوک و شبہات کو بھی جنم دیا ہے۔ ایسا لگتا ہے کہ پولیو کی طرح
پاکستان کو کانگو کے حوالے سے شدید قسم کے عالمی دباو<span dir="LTR">

سکتا ہے۔ حقائق تو یہ ہیں کہ 20کروڑ آباد ی کے ملک میں کبھی بھی سالانہ ایک سو سے زائدپولیو
کے کیس سامنے نہیں آئے لیکن ہر ماہ دو مرتبہ اور کروڑوں کی لاگت سے میڈیا مہم ، پولیس
اور فوج کی نگرانی میں قطرے پلانامعاملے کو مشکوک بناتا ہے۔ دوسری جانب عالمی اداروں
کی ہی رپورٹ کے مطابق پاکستان میں کروڑوں لوگ ہیپاٹائٹس کے مریض ہیں ،ڈائریا سے بھی
کروڑوںلوگ متاثر ہوتے ہیں ۔ زچگی کے دوران لاکھوں خواتین ہر سال جان کی بازی ہار جاتی
ہیں ،صاف پانی دس فیصد لوگوں کو بھی میسر نہیں جس کی وجہ سے بیماریاں پھیلتی ہیں ۔
لیکن کوئی بھی عالمی ادارہ پاکستانیوں کی صحت کو درپیش ان مسائل کے لئے ایک ڈالر بھی
دینے کو تیار نہیں جبکہ پولیو کے لئے اربوں کے فنڈز فراہم کئے جاتے ہیں جس کے مریض
کبھی بھی چند درجن سے زائد نہیں رہے ۔حد تو یہ بھی ہے کہ عالمی ادارے دھمکی اور بھرپور
دباو<span dir="LTR">

پلانے پرمجبور کرتے ہیں ۔ اور اب کانگو وائرس کے پھیلاو<span dir="LTR">

بات تو یہ ہے کہ جب میڈیا پر ڈاکٹرز ہر وقت ان خطرات سے آگاہ کر رہے ہوں گے کہ جو کانگو
وائرس سے پھیلتے ہیں تو بہت سے صحت و صفائی کے حوالے سے ” وہم“ کا شکار گھرانے فوری
طور پر اس بار سنت ابراہیمی ؑ کے بغیر ہی عید منانے کا پکا ارادہ کر لیں گے۔علمائے
کرام کو بلاکر اس قسم کے سوالات پوچھے جائیں گے کہ ” کیا جان کو خطرہ لاحق ہو توقربانی
جیسی عبادت کرنی چاہیے؟“۔ ظاہر ہے اس سوال کا جواب کیا دیا جاسکتا ہے۔ سیکولر ذہنیت
کے زیر اثر پہلے ہی ہمارے ہاں بہت سے نام نہاد سکالرز اس بات کی تلقین کرتے پائے جاتے
ہیں کہ ” جانوروں کو ذبح“ کرنے کی بجائے پیسے غریبوں میں بانٹ دئیے جائیں یا کسی غریب
کا گھر بسا دیا جائے۔ ہاں البتہ انہیں ایسا خیال کسی فیشن شو ، نیو ائیر نائٹ یا ایسے
ہی مہنگے تہواروں کے موقعے پر نہیں آتا۔خدشہ ہے کہ ہمارے ملک میں کانگو سے ہلاکتوں
کا چرچا بہت جلد عام ہونیوالا ہے۔ حالیہ دنوں میں بچوں کے اغواءکی افواہیں اتنی بڑی
تعداد میں عام ہوئیں کہ ایسا لگتا تھا کہ ہر گھرانے کا کم سے کم ایک بچہ ضرور اغوا
ءہوا ہے لیکن جب حقائق سامنے آئے تو جو چند واقعات ہوئے تھے ان میں بھی خاندانی دشمنی
وغیرہ کا ہاتھ تھا۔ لیکن میڈیا نے اس حوالے سے فرنٹ پیج کوریج دی اور ہر واقعے کو بڑھا
چڑھا کر پیش کیا، سینکڑوں افراد کو محض شک کی بنیاد پر اغواءکار قراردیکر تشدد کا نشانہ
بنایا گیا۔ ڈینگی کے حوالے سے بھی ایسا ہی ہوا تھا کہ کوئی اگر طبی موت بھی مرا یا
کسی بھی بیماری سے اللہ کو پیاراہوگیا تو بھی میڈیا نے بریکنگ نیوز یہی چلائی ” ڈینگی
سے ایک اور موت“۔۔اسی طرح کی میڈیا مہم کانگو وائرس کے حوالے سے بھی چلنے والی ہے۔
بریکنگ نیوز کچھ اس طرح کی ہوں گی کہ فلاح شہر میں کانگو وائرس کا ایک اور کیس سامنے
آ گیا ۔ مریض کے گھرانے میں تین روز قبل ہی قربانی کا جانور لایاگیا تھا۔حیران کن بات
یہ بھی ہے کہ کانگو کے ا ب تک جو کیس سامنے آئے ہیں وہ بڑے شہروں سے ہیں ۔کتنا عجیب
ہے کہ وہ گڈریے اور مویشی پالنے والے جو کہ چوبیس گھنٹے ان میں رہتے ہیں ان کو کانگو
وائرس متاثر نہیں کرتا بلکہ شہر کے ماحول میں جیسے ہی وہ جانور کسی گھرانے میں پہنچتا
ہے تو اس کی خواتین اور خصوصا بچوں کوکانگو وائرس متاثر کر دیتا ہے۔کسی پر الزام ٹھیک
نہیں لیکن کچھ ایسے اداروں اور کمپنیوں کے بارے بھی چھان بین ہونی چاہیے جو بڑی تشہیری
مہم چلاتی ہیں کہ بس پیسے ہمیں دیں اور قربانی کا گوشت لے جائیں بغیر کسی مشقت کے۔
کسی بیماری کے وجود سے انکار نہیں کیا جاسکتالیکن کروڑوں کی آبادی میں صرف چند کیس
سامنے آنے پر افواہوں کے ذریعے اگر ڈر و خوف کی فضاءقائم کر دی جائے تو اسے بھی عقلمندی
قرار نہیں دیا جاسکتا۔اللہ تعالی ہر کسی کو ہر قسم کی بیماری سے محفوظ رکھے لیکن ایک
انجانے وہم اور نفسیاتی مرض میں مبتلا ہوجانا بھی ٹھیک نہیں۔ ایسے میں اگر سنت ابراہیمی

کی ادائیگی کے مقدس جذبات،غریبوں کے گھروں تک گوشت پہنچانا، خواتین کا قربانی میں شریک
ہونا، گوشت کو پکا کراخوت و صلہ رحمی کے فروغ کے لئے دعوت دینا، غرض بہت کچھ ایسا ہوتا
ہے کہ جو ہماری عید الاضحی کو خوشیوں سے بھرپور بنا دیتا ہے۔ خدشہ ہے کہ ایک انجانے
خوف کے تحت اور افواہوں کے زیر اثر قربانی کے جانوروں سے دور رہنے کی تلقین ہم سے زندگی
کی بہت سی خوشیاں چھین لے گی ۔ معاشرے میں اس حوالے سے آگاہی دینے کی ضرورت ہے اور

میرے پاس ایک ہی 200 درہم کا نوٹ تھا جو میں نے اس کو دیا کہ جاو سامنے دکان سے کھلے
پیسے لے آو......... وہ 200 درہم لے کر چلا گیا کافی دیر تک جب وہ نہ آیا تو مجھے اس
کی بات جھوٹ لگنے لگی خیر میں گاڑی میں اے سی لگا کر بیٹھا رہا. خود کو کوس رہا تھا
اور سوچ رہا تھا کہ میرے پاس خود پیسے نہیں تھے اب یہ 200 بھی جاتا رہا. لیکن میرا
خیال اس وقت غلط ثابت ہوا جب میں نے اسے دور سے اپنی طرف بھاگتے ہوئے دیکھا. اس کی
حالت پہلے سے اور بری ہوگئی تھی سانس پھولا ہوا، بھوک پیاس اور گرمی کی شدت نے اسکو
بے حال کر دیا تھا...... واپس آتے ہی اس نے کہا معافی چاہتا ہوں کہیں سے کھلے پیسے
